'The Emotional Contract' is a book which does exactly what it says. It talks of how to build a solid relationship with customers in order that you become a trusted source and not just a transactional vehicle.
Origianally the book had a different (much more boring) name although the phrase 'Emotional Contract' featured throughout the book several times. I suggested to the client to use this as the title which was well received...infact they
didn't realise they had used it so much!
The style is clean, simple, and at times explanatory in order to really emphasize the author's views.
