Travel Counsellors pride themselves on being 'the best in the business' when it comes to customer service. The idea behind the project was to bring together all the great success stories and triumphs each individual travel agent has been through
and use them to form a company account of how they dealt with their customers in order to gain consistency across the board even though the agents all own their own business franchise working from home.
The 'speech mark' element features throughout the series and is used as a mechanic within 'a family tree', 'a path to success' and even for the travel agents themselves.
