I'm sure we would all like to be rewarded when we have gone 'Above & Beyond the Call of Duty' in the work place. That is the idea child behind the ABCD Awards.
The ABCD Awards are a joint project between several companies to reward people for exceptional customer service. The idea was to create a real buzz in the workplace as nothing feels better than when
someone recognises the good work you do.
A series of posters, window stickers, stationery and an interactive Facebook styled social media site were incorporated to really promote the rewards.
